JOIN THE FAABL 2026 SEASON

FAABL FREE AGENT POOL

The 2026 FAABL season is officially underway—but it’s not too late to get your name in the game! We maintain an active free agent pool all season long to help teams fill roster spots as needs arise.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Submit your info using the form below.

  2. Team managers check the pool when looking to add players mid-season.

  3. If a spot opens up, a manager may contact you directly.

Good to Know:

  • Age requirement: 18+

  • Cost: ~$150 per player (due if/when you are picked up by a team)

  • Format: 7-inning games, wood bat, MLB rules

  • Gear: Managers will facilitate costs for jerseys and hats; players provide personal gear (glove, pants, cleats—no metal cleats at Growden)

Whether you’re looking to lace up your cleats again or join a competitive, community-first league, FAABL is where grown men come to play authentic wood bat baseball in Fairbanks, Alaska.

This is your shot to get back on the field with a group of guys who love the game.

SEASON TIMELINE (MAY-SEPT 2026)

  • Tryouts: 2PM May 3, 2026

  • Opening Day: May 17, 2026

  • FAABL All Stars vs Goldpanners: June 8, 2026

  • City Series Championship: August 22 - September 6, 2026

Games are played across West Valley Field, Marlin Field and Growden Memorial Field.
